Our individual banner photo package is designed to make the process easy, affordable, and professional for teams and families.

1. Professional Photo Session

Each athlete receives a high-quality individual portrait taken with professional lighting and equipment to ensure they look their absolute best.

2. Custom Banner Design

Every player’s image is turned into a fully designed sports banner, including:

• Player name
• Jersey number
• Team colors and graphics
• Clean, professional layout ready for printing

Coach Template Approval

Before finalizing any individual player portrait, the banner design template is first created and submitted to the team’s head coach for approval. This ensures the overall layout, colors, graphics, and style are consistent with the team’s vision.

Once the coach approves the template design, each player’s selected photo is finalized using the approved layout and prepared for printing.
 

3. No Photography Fee

There is no charge for the photo session or design work as long as the banners are ordered through us.
If a player chooses not to have a banner printed, the cost for the individual photo session and edited image is $15 per athlete.

We offer this structure to help teams receive professional banners at the lowest possible cost while still providing high-quality individual portraits for every player.

4. Affordable Banner Printing

Families only pay for the printed vinyl banner, which includes:

• Durable outdoor vinyl
• Grommets for easy hanging
• Sharp, high-resolution print quality
• Fast turnaround
   

5. Easy Ordering

Once photos are taken:

• Designs are completed and shared
• Families approve the banner
• Banners are printed and delivered to the team
   

Our goal is simple:
To give every athlete a professional, memorable banner while keeping the process easy and affordable for families and teams.

During each portrait session, I show the player their photos in real time so they can see how everything looks. At that moment, the player is asked to choose their favorite image. I then mark that selected photo directly in my camera so I know exactly which image was chosen for editing, banner design, and final delivery.

This process ensures the player is happy with their photo and keeps everything simple, accurate, and efficient.

Yes. Donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated, but never required.
ISO Sports Photography is committed to keeping youth sports photos free for athletes and their families. Donations help cover equipment costs, travel, editing time, storage, and other behind-the-scenes expenses that allow this project to continue without charging families.

All donations are voluntary and go directly toward supporting free access to high-quality sports photography for local youth athletes. DONATE HERE

ISO Sports Photography operates under the guidelines set by Brevard Public Schools, which do not allow commercial sales or private photography arrangements at public school events. Because of this, we do not charge parents, athletes, or teams for photos, nor do we accept private bookings for school games.

Instead, our coverage is fully funded by local business sponsors who support our mission to highlight and celebrate student-athletes across Brevard County. This model allows us to continue providing professional sports photography for our community — at no cost to families — while giving local businesses valuable exposure and the chance to give back through sponsorship.

Yes — I do travel outside of Brevard County.
Travel shoots depend on the location and need to be planned in advance. I’m very flexible and willing to travel for the right project. Please reach out with details so we can discuss scheduling, logistics, and any travel considerations.

Yes. ISO Sports Photography offers private sessions for athletes, teams, and individuals at approved locations outside of public school property. These sessions can include portraits, action shoots, or creative ISO-style features tailored to each athlete. Private sessions are booked directly through us and provide the same professional quality and attention to detail as our school event coverage.
